Please note (2): Unfortunately if you do not live in an European Economic Community (EEC) country you will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be so you may be better contacting your local customs office to find out more.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Once you have emailed us and we’ve responded, please follow the procedure below to ensure your return is dealt with efficiently:

Please include a note detailing the reason for return. This must include your order number, which you will be able to find on the original paperwork that you received with the order.

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with all manuals and accessories. This is very important.

Clearly write the RMA number (you’ll receive this returns authorisation number via email) on the outside of the package.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Tens.

Customs

The prices indicated on each product page may not be inclusive of all applicable taxes, depending on the Country of destination. Delays at customs are unlikely, but if they occur this may delay your shipment. 

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
